  • Yes – our estimator currently calculates pricing based on Klang Valley rates, as we primarily serve this area. That said, if you're outside Klang Valley, don't worry! We're open to handling projects on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us and we’ll see how we can help.

  • We’ve designed a smart and simple formula that estimates your kitchen price based on a set of essential and commonly used cabinet units in Malaysian homes. Our packages are created with different price points in mind to give you a realistic directional cost while making the process easy and seamless.

    Please note: This estimator assumes some standard materials, layouts, and finishes. If you have specific requirements or non-standard conditions, a more accurate quotation will be provided after a consultation.

  • Our estimator aims to give you the most accurate quotation possible while keeping the process fast and user-friendly. However, certain assumptions are made, such as wall heights, unit configurations, and finishes.

    As a cabinetry specialist, we focus purely on the built-in cabinets and do not include plumbing, electrical, or renovation work in our pricing. You can use this estimate as a directional guide, and we’ll refine it with exact measurements and your design preferences during our consultation.

  • Think of kitchen accessories like spices – there are hundreds to choose from, and each homeowner’s needs are different. To make things easier for you, we’ve curated accessories into packages based on function, lifestyle needs, and budget. These reflect typical Malaysian cooking habits and help you make better, faster decisions. Don’t worry – if you have something specific in mind, we’ll explore it during our consultation.

  • Once you’ve completed the estimate, our team will reach out to you for a friendly design consultation. This is where we dive deeper to understand your space and needs.

    We’ll typically ask you to provide:

    • A floor plan (if available)

    • Information about ongoing or upcoming renovation work

    • Your timeline expectations

    • Ceiling height

    • Appliance and accessory preferences, if any

    Before we fully commit our designers to work on your personalized kitchen design, a refundable deposit of RM500 is required. This helps us dedicate our time and resources to crafting a space that truly reflects your story.

  • Absolutely. If you change your mind at any stage prior to production, we’ll refund your RM500 deposit. Please note that processing may take up to 2 months, and we appreciate your patience while we handle it.

Terms to Note

1. Estimate Accuracy
The quotation provided by our online estimator is a preliminary estimate based on typical design assumptions and average cabinet configurations in the Klang Valley. Final pricing may vary depending on your specific requirements, space constraints, finishes, accessories, and any changes made during the design consultation process.

2. Location Limitation
Our services currently cover the Klang Valley. Requests outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional logistics or service charges.

3. Cabinetry Only
We specialize in built-in cabinetry. Our quotations do not include plumbing, electrical, wet works, tiling, or any other renovation-related services. We recommend engaging a renovation contractor for these works, and we will gladly coordinate our scope with theirs if required.

4. Material & Finish Availability
All materials, finishes, and accessories shown in sample visuals or estimator tools are subject to availability. In the event of discontinued or out-of-stock items, we will offer close alternatives of similar quality and appearance.

5. Changes After Confirmation
Once the quotation is finalized and a deposit is made, any further changes in design, measurements, materials, or scope may result in a revised quotation and project timeline.

6. Deposit & Refund Policy
A refundable deposit of RM500 is required before we dedicate our design team to developing your space. This deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked, upon request. Please allow up to 60 days for the refund process to be completed.

7. Project Timelines
While we strive to deliver on time, timelines may be impacted by unforeseen delays such as supplier issues, weather conditions, or incomplete site readiness. We will inform you promptly of any such delays.

8. Price Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or changes in scope.
